New York or Vegas. I would say NY because if you go to Vegas you're bound to end up gambling and losing money so I say NY. At night it's filled with lights, it's beautiful, there's so much stuff to do over there and you might see a celeb if you're lucky. Alot of famous people live or go there alot like Diddy, Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Jay-Z and so forth. You might get an autograph or picture with a celeb on your B-Day!

Vegas is the best. Thats where I spent my 21st birthday. You will have something to do there 24/7. You can party, gamble, see a cool show, go clubing, hit up some bars, take helicopter tours over the strip, and take a day trip to the hoover dam, and to lots of out door activities if you want to venture off of the strip.

This time of yr, I would say NY, because it is very hot here now and dry, but starts our monsoon rains,{yesterday} If u can take the 116 etc heat!! It is perfect in spring winter and fall, I live here and I say NY!!!!
