Boot Screen Size?

My Windows XP boot screen has shrunk. It no longer is shown full screen. How do I change this setting back?

Have you changed anything on the PC ? For example a new monitor ?
If you have a new monitor (Esp LCD) they sometimes can't trully run at the low image res of the boot screen so place image with a border.

other than that guess, not enough info to work with, however if it's ONLY the splash screen on boot, I'd live with it.
