Who has used a ouija board?

And do they work? Do you have to believe in them for it to work?

Me and a friend of mine used one years ago, and yes, they do work, but not necessarily for everyone every time. It depends on if and when spirits are present when you're attempting to use it. But they do work, it's not a toy or a game, as much as some people will tell you they are. My friend and I didn't even have to touch our fingers to the pointer, only about a half inch above it, and right away it began to work.

Well, I would if I was a lion tamer and knew that i can control the force i am unleashing. The ouija board is not really important, but the fact that you are opening yourself up to any contact with any spirit without limits, induces subconcious fear (maybe even concious fear) and that will put you in trouble when it comes to forgetting (banishing) the exprience.

If the spirit you call has a good purpose, and is a good spirit, and you have the necessary willpower and a good common sense in everyday life, try it, but not for fun, just for learning about yourself.

trying it just for fun is tantamount to having unprotected sex with a coughing hooker. Not recommnded.

D would you be kind enough to tell us your so called scary story? and as for the Ouija board question don't play around with things you cant control two of my cousins played with one when they were younger (that was like practically about 7-10 years ago) and the spirits that came out still haunt there house those things are evil and deserve to be burned to ashes

Most of these are good answers to listen to. I had a bad experience with a ouija board. They are not toys, and if you are not careful, you could open up doors that you aren't able to close. I learned my lesson, and as a wiccan, I won't own, or have one in any house I'm living in.

When I was 18 my roommate and her boyfriend, and me and my boyfriend got hers out. Well we forgot to put it away. Stupid us. I was laying in my room with my boyfriend. He couldn't sleep, but I fell right to sleep. Before I woke up, I felt like someone picked my body up about 4 feet off the bed, and slammed my body back down. Right before I woke up, I saw a red, impish looking face, smiling a wicked looking grin at me.

I have used one and they are not something to mess with. I would say if you have one or are thinking of using it don't you could be opening a gateway for evil spirits who you think are good to come and wreck havoc

Please do not play with one. You are just asking for trouble which trust me you don't want in your life. I know they are sold in toy stores etc, but the evil that can be brought about with this "game" is not worth it. DO NOT TOUCH IT !!! If you don't believe me just ask my Mom about this subject.
