So you're manufacturer and she's retailer.

So find out how much money you want for yourself. If it costs $100 to make, how much markup will make it profitable for you? $150-$200? Figure that out, then tell her to pay you that and keep the amount between that and the retail value.

So if it costs you $100 to make, you sell it to her for $200, and the retail price is $300. You make $100, and so does she.

On the internet, in my opinion, consignees should pay their consignors 25 - 30% depending on the speed it takes them to sell the item.

depends on what she is doing and how much risk you are asking her to take. There is a reason why you gave it to her to do.

packing and shipping. +5%
accepting & handling money. +5%
guaranteeing ad statements, quality, shipping lose, etc. +10%

could be more.
