Was 4th VP George Clinton or 3rd Pres Thomas Jefferson related to William Jefferson Clinton our 42 pres?

Come on you guys...we had a US VP who was elected with presidents under the 4th and 5th presidents of our country. His name was George Clinton. Of course we know Jefferson was elected as 3rd Pres. I just wondered if ole' Bill was related to either.
