How do you guy's feel about the governement controlling our medecine, or should I say the healthcare system. how can a country so big, give us citizens and residents so little in return.

I really don't want the government making MY health-care decisions for me. Their job ends at ensuring that drugs are safe and effective and that physicians are properly licensed and trained.
We don't have socialized medicine in the US and will not likely ever have it. The taxes to pay for that are extreme and the quality of care in every country that has it has dropped.

It is a manner which takes away freedom in this nation. Or at least takes it away from those without grand finances. The saddest thing is that it puts those in wealth in control- something this nation was supposed to be avoiding when it was created.

Freedom has a cost too I guess. wonder what Canada's military is like with that free health care up there? The government has the money.
