she was drunk driving, driving with a suspended license, they found cocaine in her pocket and she was chasing her x assistants mother in her car her alchol level was .12 way over the legal limit of .08

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence and with a suspended license and felony cocaine possession.
So basically she's in more trouble with the law than Paris Hilton was...
