As long as you're printing only black and white pages, a laser printer is by far more cost effective. That's why large companies only use laser printers.

Laser printer.

An inkjet printer cartridge can yield 80-100 pages before it runs out

A laser toner can yield anywhere from 1500-15000 pages before it runs out.
Keep in mind toners cost more than liquid ink cartridges, but in the long run, it saves you a ton.

If you print a lot of B7W a MONO laser is your best bet, but don't buy a "really cheap" model, they willcost more per page to run.

If you plan to do a lot of colour, a decent colour laser would be cheaper and quicker than inkjet also, but you can't use the glossy paper in them.
