Turkey and dressing with giblet gravy, baked ham, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes, green beans, and other vegetables.

Dessert would be pecan pie, mince meat pie, and fresh coconut cake with fruit salad and whipped cream.

And then a nap.

Well if in UK it has to be
Champagne cocktail to start with.
A starter of something traditional like prawn cocktail.

Roast Turkey with bread sauce, roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots, glazed parsnips, chipolata sausages, delicious gravy made with the turkey giblets. Followed by Christmas pudding with Brandy sauce. Then maybe some stilton cheese and a glass of port.

We always have a roasted turkey and a glazed honey ham, mashed potatoes with pork gravy, candied yams, corn, green beans, deviled eggs (my kids like to make them!), warm dinner rolls. For dessert we have any combination of bread pudding, rice pudding, apple pie, pumpkin pie, caramel pie, and angel food cake.

Now I'm hungry ...
