People on Y! Answers..Do you..ACTUALLY take advice from other people? And actually work with it? Or..do you just see what they are going to say? It is a stupid question, I know. xP Usually others who answer say something, being a smart-***.

It would be more of an actual resource if most people respected the reason this is here.
Unfortunately, I have seen more often than not, people are answering just gain a rank. No real information is posted. And when you actually do find a possible credible answer after sifting through all the 12yr old responses, it seems like a waste. But, however, it is a very good place to find opinions. :)
It should be Yahoo! Opinions. I try my best to be unbiased, and post facts or educated guesses. I also try to limit personal opinion.

The last time I asked a question all I got was a bunch of smart *** answers. So no I did not take the advice.

I like to read all the answers and respect the ones I get from people who are sincerely trying to give an honest or helpful answer. You always get a few creeps answering but I just ignore them.

i think a little of both. the type of questions i ask tend to be more opinion based. really no right answers.
sometimes, i do give smart a s s when i'm in a playful mood, but most of my answers are honest opinion and researched facts!

I once took some advice from YA and it was great advice. Usually I just come here to hang out.

it depends on the question, and catagory. . . like, here on P&S, most ppl joke around. but if u went to a different catagory, like music or something, u might get better advice/answers. plus, some questions are obviously serious, and they usually get serious answers/advice.

I don't ask questions unless I truly cant find the answer, so yes I take the advice. I know my limitations. I have knowledge others don't and they have knowledge I don't.

Usualy I try to. I am an educated man and I know that without the knoldage of others I would not where I am today. when I was in my 20s no.

I really don't ask people for their advice. I think I only asked one or two questions that required them to give me advice.
