Why is Pierce, not American, allowded on the show? Is he tthis show's Simon?

Pierce was/is one of the producers and judge on the British version. Simon also but due to "contracts" he wasn't "allowed" to be a judge on the American version.

I don't know. Sharon is not American either. I don't really see the point of two people from the U.K. vote for the whole America. Hasselhoff is the only American in the judges. But yes I would say he is the shows Simon.

Sharon is also British. I really don't understand why they have two Brits judging American talent. I think Piers is so nasty he makes Simon look like a sweetheart.
