For anyone who's seen the movie 'The Number 23'?

Around in the end the letters O & T in hotel was blinling is there anyway it could = 23?

Well, there are 5 letters in the sequence HOTEL

2 go out and 3 are on, intermittently.

2 3 2 3 2 3 2 3

Or the OT going out lets the word HEL show up (HELL)

i really dont think that could be lol but you know there probably is some whacked out way that kinda makes sense so that it could be
