developed over a long period of time and can be broken in seconds.
example: Get married to high school sweetheart and stay together for 10 years and you trust her with your life. Find out she's screwing your best friend or neighbor while you are at work...now you don't trust her.

Trust is a cycle building process. you need and want, you get and you trust. It is broken when a person feels commitment has be broken; they may feel what they needed or wanted is not valid, or they don't get what they want or even a compromise falls through. This process starts in early childhood and continues through life. If they don't change your dirty Diaper or feed you when you are hungry trust is compromised. A baby is not able to change their own diaper of make up a bottle to feed on.
