They just usually end up looking kind of stupid when, if they would have paid more attention and given it some thought, they probably would have had something intelligent to contribute.

maybe they have a bad case of ADD
or for the 2 points or because of the ganja-that sometimes makes people spacey. i know that i have done this before but sometimes i can't help it.
