Smarter. No contest. Money will not make you happy and beauty is on skin deep. Look at our society. We adore wealth and beauty. Very few are happy. Most live a tragic life.
Smarter people on the other hand have contributed to our society. We know that the true wealth is making mankind better than we found it.

Wealthier because if you have money you can buy beauty and you don't need to be smart because you already have money and don't have to figure out how to get it.
