Sounds like an easy question, but how do you know which political party has the same ideals as you? I have always registered as an independant because I have no clue. Could someone enlighten me?

You might be hard pressed to find a political party with all the same ideals that you have. The best thing to do is; do research on each individual party, than with that information make an educated decision. Each party has a core set of ideals that they hold to. Focus on the core ideals to make a decsicion on witch party to go with. If you can't decide, stay Independant.

You can read the DNC, RNC and Libertarian party platforms on their websites. I personally am an independent. The reason I remain an independent is because no party adequately represents the whole of my views. I prefer to vote for the person based on individual platform rather than party affiliation.

A variety of sources, use a few....then read your voters pamphlet. If you don't get one at home they are at the Post Office. Each item you vote on has each side or candidate listed and if yu are having a big election, take your pamphlet into voting booth with you to be extra careful.
Each vote is worth....how many people have died during current Bushwar?
