Yes! I also roll down the window and stick my arm out and wave it up and down! (Unless he's behind me then I only flash my headlights!) Then I get on the CB! "Breaker! Breaker! Yup, this is Daisy Petuna, we got a black and white southbound about 1/2 mile past the Geteron onramp! This is Daisy Petuna, over and out." And then I get on the cell phone .................

I used to love that until some cop saw me do it down the highway and when he turned around and stopped me I had an expired safety sticker and no proof of insurance (which I had but couldn't find) Now I don't do that anymore!! I am an example of rehabilitation!!

Yeah so people going in that direction can slow down or turn around if there is a road block and they are illegal.

NO! What if someone had just murdered your entire family and was speeding away, sure to get pulled over and caught if a cop saw them? I just worry about myself on the road. Let all the other idiots pay for my road maintenance!
