One meaning, if you write it as Koko, is the name of a gorilla that learned to speak using American Sign Language.

Or perhaps KOKO means a double knockout.

"KOKO" : Sort of; more or less; in a way; vaguely.
As in "kind of - kind of," also known as "kinda kinda."

Okay, Greg. Since I don't get to make up a word, the standard meaning of KOKO is "keep on keepin' on", as was answered previously below. Everybody knows that.

My favorite answer so far is "Double Knockout." How does one do that? It creates all sorts of strange mental images.
