Hmmm, let's see.
38,000,000 miles is about 159 1-way trips to the moon, or about 80 roundtrips to the moon and back.
Note: the moon's distance varies, so I am using the average.

If you discount orbits around the Moon, or around the Earth to get things set up for re-entry/landing or lunar landing, the distance from Earth to the Moon is roughly 250,000 Miles.
Double that for a round trip = 1/2 Million Miles.

So, roughly, 38 Million miles is 76 Round Trips to the Moon.
My rough estimate of the Earth-Moon distance is on the high side, so a closer answer might be 78 round Trips.

The moon's centre is an average of 225,622 miles from Earth's centre. From the surface of the Earth to the surface of the moon is 220,584 miles.
Multiply by 2 to get the round-trip distance.

Now divide that into 38 million and you have the number of round trips (I did the research, I'll let you do the math).

About 2 round trips per million, so, about 75 to 80.

the distance to the moon is 238,000 miles. So a round trip would be twice that, 476,000 miles. Simply divide 38,000,000 into 476,000 or to make it simpler, divide 38,000 into 476 to get 79.831

38 million / 234,000 ~ 162
162 / 2 = 80 round trips, give or take.
