Best mastery of an album: definitely OK Computer by Radiohead. It's got great production values.
(A close second is Sound of Silver by LCD Soundsystem, James Murphy is a great producer)
Worst: Nothing really comes to mind, but I have to say that I've always hoped that TV on the Radio would get more clear recording.
