If you could build a second home anywhere, where would it be?

I would probably pick the Rocky Mountains.

I would say in the country in Southern Illinois, it is beautiful down there, but a bit of a drive. Then again, perhaps where my sister has a second home, and that is in Indiana by the lake, only an hour away.

Your choice sound great but I think I'd like to check out the Smokey Mountains at least to visit!

We're just building our own first home, so it's hard to say, but somewhere near water, skiing, etc...lots of opportunities for outdoor fun.
