This has been going on for years in Las Vegas and have seen the videos on the local news. How despite those people must be for a lousy $5 bucks. And how sick those people are that stand around and watch one happens. Are entire history is full of events like this, and I know it won't get any better. The police here have been able to bring most of this to a halt, but then the weirdos think of something new. So much evil in the world.
