She said something in POA movie hinted something that would happen in last book i believe? any idea what it was?

She would have had a say in the Scripts anyway so I'm getting it'll not be a problem.

I'm not sure, but the thing that comes to mind is the scene where Lupin is transforming into a werewolf. When Snape realizes what's happening, he puts himself between him and the kids (Harry, Ron and Hermione) like he's protecting them. This seemed a little strange to me since he'd shown nothing but contempt for any of them up to that point

I'm not sure, but it might have been the fact that Lupin said that Harry had his mother's eyes.
