I have no idea, but I've heard plenty of horror stories about rebuilt engines. Apart from the common "rebuilt engine died prematurely", there's the insider tales of engines being thrown together with mismatched parts by unskilled labour.

You're probably much safer to go to a local rebuilder or machine shop, or even your dealer, if you can't find some consensus on a really reliable rebuilder.
