When you reinstalled WinXP, you deleted your previously installed drivers. Reinstall all drivers immediately. They should be in a separate CD that comes with the laptop. If you've lost it, download a copy from the website of your laptop maker.

I have a XP, but I've never heard of AGP. Try going to the computer doctor.
