A manuscript, soiled and crumpled: and, a will, with a map attached to it, with some clues on map reading relevant to it! Get the script refined and published, you will be rich: but the terms on the will have to be complied with, and, the map deciphered before you can do anything with the assets! (the house is already listed in realtors' advertisements; so, can't do much about it!)
