She was famous because she is a former child star, who by the age of 18, had a nice rack. And she had a more "girl next door" look than say Paris Hilton. But, she became thin, blond, and a petty druggie, so that there is now nothing to distinguish her from any other Hollywood loser.
And no, you should not care, nor should be anybody, but when she makes the news everyday, how can you not have an opinion? You will come to hate her as she makes the news more and more often.

The only time I'd care about her is if her drunken, doped little butt slammed into my car with my kid riding inside. Hell, she has more money than the rest of us put together and she can't hire a driver. I don't care what she does for recreation but when she brings it out onto the roads with the rest of us, she needs to go to jail. And for those that say she's a role model for you, you need to get a life and God help this country if you are the future and that's what you think a role model should be!

She was in Parent Trap, Mean Girls, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, and a few other movies. Parent Trap and Mean Girls were the only good movies she had in my opinion though.
