i agree that it would depend on the time of day that u are calling. Personally i think that it would make a rough day a wee bit better and could help if someone is having a rough day..

40% Will be gratefull
20% Will chew you out
10% Will hang up
20% Will freak out
8% Will not be home or the number will be dissconnected
2% Will become your friend
