You mean have an open marriage instead of a nasty divorce? Because people don't like to admit that they and their partners want to have sex with others. People also do not like to share their spouses with other people. Beyond that, married people want to be loved by their spouses and a lot of them have a hard time seperating love and sex. So, if they or their spouses are having sex with other people, they assume they are not in love nor loved. Its not true, but people think it anyways.

Most married couples don't have to worry about the spouse cheating.....I think for the ones that do cheat...it's like a thrill of sorts. If the spouse knew they were cheating, it would take all the fun out of it!

If you have to make deals about not cheating you shouldn't be married.
