Cut government spending 20-30%. 50% might be too much.
Allow major commands to decide on and purchase directly their equipment and weapons systems. That way no one can blame pork or the beauracrcy when our troops don't get armor and such. There will be one responsible party in each theater, period.
Propose a constitutional amendment for a line item veto. I think this is a good idea, if carefully constructed. Since this gives more power to the executive, I would compromise with the legislative by putting in a sister amendment renouncing executive privilage.

I would Put troops and landmines on the border,deport all Illegals, 2)Shut down the IRS,Education,EPA. 3)Annex all of north central&south America (id have the cia take out Castro &chavez as part of this)

Reinstate the gold standard of currency.
Eliminate all government departments not relating to the military, the police, or the courts...
Eliminate all forms of taxation.

1. Put U.S. troops on the borders with orders to shoot to kill anyone who tries to sneak across.
2. Implement a 10 year moratorium on all immigration from terrorist nations or from those that sponsor terrorism.
3. Confiscate the property of anyone who knowingly hires illegal aliens.
I'm not sure any of those executive orders would make it through the supreme court, but it's nice to dream.

I would spearhead legislation denying corporations the same privileges as citizens, and criminalize their employment of illegal immigrants.
I would end the 'War on Terror' and reconfigure the 'Defense' Department to only defend the U.S.
I would end the 'War on Drugs' and begin measures to decrease demand instead of focusing on ending supply.

I would eliminate handout programs for the lazy and the chronic breeders.
I would mandate a minimum of two years national service for all young people.
I would seal the borders and deport all illegal aliens to their countries of origin - and send their anchor babies along with them.
