I recently bought a 2007 Honda Civic SI sedan and I absolutely love it. It's pretty fast and the handling is amazing.

However, I want to add a little more power to it so I can get more HP and torque.

How can I do this?
Also, if I decide to turbo it, how much would it cost me?

Thank you, I'll definitely pick the best answer.

Wow a turbo and an air intake I would love to see that

And for the idiot rite above me the special shinny pipe is to keep the air cool, AND dont be telling people you got (about) 9 hp ok no you didnt not for 40 dollars if anything your hurting your hp cause as hot as it gets under the hood and your cheap **** yea the air going into your motor is hot not warm not cool but hot thank you come again

you need a true cold air intake, catback exaust, headers, skunk 2 intake manifold, and a good tuning you will be satisfied for awile then you will want to go faster then you fork the money out for a turbo and stay away from nitrous/nos

Since you said you might want to go turbo I would recommend you to hold off on the Intake and header part a simple cat back exhaust will free some ponies and trq. If you waiting till the warranty ends then yes get an intake. Krpo ECU will able it to be better tune to pull more hp.

here is a fact toda spec A cams, cam gears, clutch and 11lb flywheel, intake, header, exhaust, net 60 whp on a mild tune done by Super street magizne when the first RSX type S cam out.

Nitrous is always a cheap route if you do go that route make sure you running a Zex Dry system its safer and 91+ octance

Turbo kit so many to choose but avg for your model $3500-5000 Kpro is needed

there are endless mods you can do

simple mods include intake headers and exhaust

you can get a chip for your CPU or a air fuel controller or stand alone fuel management system/piggy back system foe a more aggressive tune

you can also do work to the head get an upgraded valve train and pump up the bottom end with a new crank an pistons and rods.

as far as turbos which are alot of fun there are many kits some more complete than others, but for a good all inclusive kit you are looking at 2500 to 5000 (sorry) but the gains justify the cost.

A turbo and a cold air intake, plus weight reduction should get you all the results you need . You can also check some of the many import websites to get further info.

you can put a cold air intake, it gave me like 9hp and saves you gas, and is good for the car... i got mine for $40 and was satisfied cince there is no reason to pay $300 for a metal pipe and a filter... my pipe wasnt that high of a quality but the filter is good quality so the people that pay $300 for an air intake are very stupid... yess it looks nicer but its not worth paying $250 more for a shiny pipe!!!
