Do you think he will ever forget that he is married I just got divorced. We live in the same town and he assured me that he never come to visit. I still love him with all my heart after 22 years. I know he feels something too. He has used a fake IM name to chatt w/me. However he has kept away why?

because he just want to hear how you are doing, when he chats that means he misses once in awhile. Doesnt want to visit because one thing can lead to another.

I was surprised for 22 years you still waiting for him. If he truely love you, you will not even let you wait for 1 year. He use a fake name to chat with you so that nobody can find out. He kept away from you becuase he still want his wife and he did not want to spoilt becuase of you.
So now is the good time to move on and live a new future.

He's having doubts within his marriage for one reason or another. He doesn't want his wife to find out that its you because I'm sure he's told her about you and your past relationship. The question isn't do you love but are you still in love with him? He has kept away probably because the wife has confronted him about it or she knows something is up and he doesn't want her to find out its you. Plus the fact that you both still live in the same town, he's probably afraid that you and his wife might run into each other at the grocery or something and that she might confront you on him imming you. Best bet..Move on with your life. He's just trying to relive the "what-if" syndrome about you and him.

If I understand your question correctly, it's quite obvious that since you say he's married, he doesn't exactly want to advertise his association with you to his wife, he uses a fake name to IM you. Also, the same reason he has kept away. You'd be better off, my dear girl, to forget about him. Twenty-two years is long enough to wait for someone who is unavailable. Since you're divorced, you are available to someone to can return your feelings of love and devotion. Good luck!
