There are pro choice Republicans and pro life Democrats. Religon and politics are not inextricably connected.

Then why haven't they tried to limit abortion? President Bush had a Republican-controlled Congress for the first four years of his presidency, and the only thing he did was illegalize partial-birth abortions. While that's wonderful, I would have liked to see more legislation on the subject. But there wasn't any. Why not?
NEITHER party is for Christians.
