I live in texas. It has been raining alot here. Not common for this season? Some say they are testing to make it rain while others think it is global warning. What do you think?

You have some government testing to control the weather, but 85% of the rain is from global warming.

More like global warming. Europe is absolutely swimming. It always rains in Ireland but this year is the worst ever and that's saying some.

it's a once in a decade storm that becomes an "atmospherical battleground" for storms in the plains including texas. the low from the rockies and the high from the gulf meet at the plains, stall out for a while, and "battle it out" until the jetstream moves south to move everything out of the way. currently the jetstream sits up north, therefore no movement will show in these storms, only more build ups until the battle is over.
