how to remote desktop?

i have a vista home premium laptop and i want to remote desktop to my home computer which is windows xp home edition can someone please help me?

I don't believe that Xp home has remote desktop capability I think you will need Xp Pro.

Mark G is correct. You can control a XP home or Vista home computer with remote desktop but you cannot use them to control another computer.

Another solution might be services such as www.gotomypc.com. Hope this helps.
