precision = how close your measurements are to each other

accuracy = how close your measurements are to the correct answer

This is neither an error in precision (the ability to get the same number in a measurement) nor an error in accuracy (the ability to get the correct answer), it is a blunder (a mistake).

If you measured the diameter as 3.32 CENTIMETERS the first time and 3. INCHES the second time, you goofed!
