I love a hot cup of fresh coffee in the morning, but it's not part of my breakfast. It usually comes after!

Can you really call coffee an ingredient? It seems more like a final product or a drink than an ingredient. If you were to combine the coffee with other ingredients to make something else, I think that would be an ingredient.

Only adults drink coffee for breakfast. Coffee is known to have caffine and stop your growth, if you are a child, it's not good to drink coffee for breakfast. The only reason why adults even drink coffee for breakfast is too keep them awake, especially business man. They might not've slept well, so they'll need to coffee to keep them up. Generally, it's not good to drink coffee. Caffine isn't exactly good for your body.

No. It shouldn't have to be. I drink coffee once a while. Nowadays once a month. It's a weird feeling to feel alert for a half hour or so and then it dies down. Caffeine makes me feel sluggish in the long run. :(
