how do we prepared a soluble salt and an insoluble salts?

Mix two soluble salts together, such that one of the salts will be insoluble. Example:

AgNO3(aq) + NaCl(aq) ===> AgCl(s) + NaNO3(aq)

The silver chloride is insoluble, the sodium nitrate soluble.
