April Stevens. They had Heather when they were teenagers. They did get married but soon after Heather was born they divorced. They only married because April was pregnant. Those type of marriages usually don't last.

April Stevens is her mother . Paul was a teenager then I believe and he wasnt ready for a child , they were married but had gotten a divorce . It certainly will make for a good story line now that Heather his daughter is back .
