Hi Kitty, It's someone who is always doing something stupid without being stupid. Like they have 2 left feet or she didn't watch where she was walking and walk into the school post.Things like that. They are called a Goober!!! Lol
I have called my oldest younger Goober before, she has at times had her balance go way off and just fall. It's funny you would have to see her. Nothing medical wrong with her she is just a Goober!!! Lol

well umm... Off spongebob there is place called goofy goobers and it is a place with lots of penuts that sells icecreame and the persons there are wearing penut coustumes, and there is a robot that serves ice creame, so get from that whatever you make of it!!! Cause I have no clue what the heck I was talking about!
