First: You need to work on your grammar first of all.

Second: Water's good for you. The average human should consume at least a gallon of water every day.

Third: How do you drink salty foods?

Fourth: Water is good for you

Fifth: You can actually die of drinking too much water. It's called hydrotoxicity. It happens if you have too much water in your body. It causes the cells to lyse, which can kill you.

Sixth: Have a nice day

Yeah, it's the healthiest thing you could possibly drink. Your body is mostly made up of water and any normal person will crave it. You are doing fine, keep drinking the water and stay away from soda. It puts weight on a person like crazy. I should know I just stopped drinking it a few weeks ago. Hope this helps!

What does "idk" mean? Thats new to me.
Now, here is your answer. If you are drinking an excessive amount of water, because you are thirsty all the time, I would go to the doctor. Drinking water is fine, and good for you, but if you are drinking water when ever it is available. There maybe something wrong. When you pass by a pond, do you stop to drink? This could be a problem as well.

Water is very good for you but too much of ANYTHING can be bad. Anytime you have excessive thirst you need to see your doctor to make sure you don't have diabetes.

Here are some of the symptoms of juvenile (type I) diabetes:

* Frequent urination

* Unusual thirst, especially for sweet, cold drinks.

* Extreme hunger.

* Sudden, sometimes dramatic, weight loss.

* Weakness.

* Extreme fatigue.

* Blurred vision or other changes in eyesight.

* Irritability.

* Nausea and vomiting

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please see your physician. It could also be that you are a little dehydrated, especially if you have been exercising and/or sweating a lot.

Water is good but the better choice is to decrease your salty foods and drink some gatorade. Stay away from soda!! Good Luck!

YES! Water is extremely good for you. It is probably because it is so hot and you are losing water through sweating. If you think you are drinking WAY too much water, check out other signs and symptoms for diabetes. In most cases though, water is Extremely good.
