Yes It Is illegal.........I Used To Work In A Video Shop And They Had A Back Room That Was For Porno Only.....One Of The Other Kids That Worked There Showed Me Where The Boss Used To Hide The Animal Porno Movies And Said That He Kept Them Hidden For Known And Trusted Customers Only Because They Were illegal.......I Wasn't Allowed To Rent Them Out.....I Wasn't Even Supposed To Know About Them. The Pervs Would Call And Ask For Our Boss And He Would Tell Them When It Was A Good Time To Come By And Then He Would Take Care Of That Transaction.....It Was Very Shady, Very Weird.........But Yea, ILLEGAL......But That's Because Beastiality Is illegal.............No I Don't Know If You Can Get In Trouble For Watching, I Think Probably For Having It In Your Possession? I Would Have To Research, And I'm Not Going There!...I Don't Want That On My Google History...!!

I remember here in Washington state we had an incident where they were filming animal porn with a horse and the horse kicked the guy in the chest and he died. That raised quite a bit of controversy but the law said that if the animal appeared to enjoy it, it was legal. I believe that that is up to state law.

No one can sell or display such films in India.It is illegal here. But in spite of this these are readily available in the market. This is the callousness of the administration.

Pornography is not illegal unless it is child pornography. no matter how distasteful bestiality might be to some people, an adult is free to view these type of pictures all they want, as long as it does not involve children.
