His asinine proposal to meet unconditionally with the likes of Kim Jong Il of N. Korea is tantamount to flying a big White Flag over the White House and the US in general. Tyrants like Kim Jong Il are throwbacks to dictators like Stalin, Mao Tse-tung, ad nauseum. Kim Jong Il is a brutal dictator who has approx 250,000 people including men, women and children, in various concentration camps spread over remote areas of N. Korea. Many of these people are used in chemical and biological experiments and are in general, worked and starved to death. Their "crimes" against the people of N. Korea??? In most cases, they made an innocuously mild criticism of the "Dear Leader" Kim Jong Il. N Korean policy is to not only haul off the person in question, but the person's entire family one generation above and below. And Barack Obama wants to meet unconditionally with this miscreant regime??? Barack Obama needs to go to hell and stay there.

Remember when Nixon went to China back in the seventies? I mean he met with Mao Tse Tung. Mao was the big kahuna back then and I remember that everyone thought Nixon was turning soft on communism but he did it for the economy. The future economy I mean. He had the forsight to open the door that we now walk through without a second thought. We often take history for granted. China has one of the largest economys on earth and it hasn't even been fully utilized yet. Not all of China has modernized at this time. If we could get N. Korea and some of the other questionable countries to at least open up the doors of modernization then maybe my grandkids will have a job when they grow up. On the other hand Obama is a democrat and I don't know very many democrats that actually like the United States very much.

That term is much abused. Barack would be a danger to US citizens were he President because of his lack of experience and realism but he is not a traitor. Kerry, on the other hand, was noted by FBI surveillance to have met with the leader of the Viet Cong in Paris while a commissioned officer in the US Navy Reserve and, as spokesman for a communist party front group was a speaker at a meeting where a vote was taken whether or not to assassinate members of the government in which he did not report the threat. Those were acts of treason and there is a huge difference to being simply ill prepared.

why is it so bad to just have a conversation with another human being.. wouldnt it be interesting to go back in time and talk to people like hitler or henry VII to see what was going through their heads at the times they did somethings... who knows maybe just by talking to some people you can solve some problems. Its not like he said he agree with what they are doing.. hes just talking.. give the guy a break at least he is trying diplomacy unlike Bush who couldnt hold a decent conversation to save his life.. No harm can come from talking.. the world would be a better place if people just stopped and put themselves in others shoes for a day.. and listened to reggae music..... dont ask....

War is diplomacy carried on by other means. Talk isn't necessarily friendly. Certainly, threats ought to be made in private. I don't like to see the President of the US mouthing off publicly like some pathetic jerk who thinks he's a tough guy. You don't know how much of what you want you can get by negotiating until you try it. If it turns out that it's pointless, stop talking and do what you've got to do.

HILLARY wants to talk with Iran. Maybe she and Barack can go together and do the talking. All they need is stay over there for about a month and see how those poor people live.

I really think Obama wants to infiltrate the third world countries that want to kill Americans and find out what they plan to do. That's how we will figure out a plan to avoid being victimized. He's not one to brown nose anyone and neither is Hillary.
