The United States has never had a president named George Bust. If you're referring to President George W. Bush, you should have framed your question as a matter of opinion rather than, as you did, framing it as a matter of fact.
In my opinion, which is the only basis on which I can answer a question like yours, George W. Bush is not even close to being the worst president the United States has ever had. Jimmy Carter was a hard act to follow in that regard.

YES, lets assume the iraq war is legit, and lets assume he has nothing to do with 9/11. He still would be worst president in history because he obnoxiously abuses his power and constantly says he's above the law. He's signed several presidential directives and executive orders ( that means congress is not involved ) not only taking away our rights ( 1st 4th and 5th are about dead ) but also making it possible to turn this country into an empire, and make himself our emperor.

If you really look into it Bush isn't that bad of a president. Unemployment isn't bad, the economy is pretty good, home ownership is up etc. So there are several things that Bush has going on his favor. The problem with him is the things that he does that people don't like...they really DON'T LIKE!!! This is the reason that his approval rating is so low. People hate the war mainly because no one know why we are there. The thing that gets me about that is no one says anything about the lives that were lost in what in essence was the same war going on when Clinton was in office. I served a year in "the dessert" and my XO was killed while Clinton was in office. Anyway Bush is far from the worst president.!!!

I truly believe he is... Although he has very strong convictions he is a very dangerous powerful man. His decisions affect more the 265 million people in this country every day. His administration has caused the American public tremendous damage throughout the world which maybe irreparable.

There have been worst in my opinion...the only good president there ever was ronald reagan!
To be honest what bush is doing now is good "presidency."
for example,Many want to pull out of Iraq, but he wants to stay, not surrender and not let Iran take over.

What really matters is that he's the worst one we have now. Comparing him to the past Presidents is a wasted exercise. Impeachment is the only solution!

The bush administration has failed to take care of vets coming home from Iraq .Take a look at the following article..it's so sad that this country is not taking care of it's vets. President Bush needs to spend more money to help us.
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was accused in a major lawsuit Monday of "shameful failures" in providing medical and mental healthcare to injured servicemen and women returning from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is by far the worst president has ever had. He got into a stupid war in Iraq which doesn't make any sense and he has no idea what he is doing. Many of our soldiers are dying for no reason and all he has to do is realize he made a huge mistake in getting us into this war and get out of it. So yea, he is definitely the worst president that we have ever had!

One would first have to admit that he was elected president in order to answer your question....
Some people do not see him as the president, only a tyrant.
He is the worst in my lifetime...and with his leadership, we have lost more freedoms and civil libertites than any other president in the history of the United States...
I would rank him right next to the other neo-cons reagan, bush sr.. and other illuminati members like clinton... http://www.illuminati-news.com/index.html
