Is there a way to lock you peer to peer network computer so no one else can use your computer even from a server?

No I think that would be a bit much. I just think that someone is using my computer whenever I step away, and I'm not sure if they're doing it from my computer or from the server.

The easy solution is to clear your properties for the local network, or just disable the network card from the control panel. I could have given you more precise instructions, but I don't know what OS you're running.
