that's just what i want to know .

also, how should i cut my hair or color it maybe ?
i want my hair to be like
those scene kids .
or actually, what do i tell
the hair person ?
choppy hair ?
layers ?

why don't you just dress the way you want to? wouldn't it make it alot easier not having to try to fit into a certain image or label?

NOT your natual hair color, but it's usually bleach blonde & dark brown/black underneath.
super coppy & lots of layers, all the way to the roots.

and you have to have good makeup. not just eyeliner. scene kids are basically masters of their own beauty, so know what you can do & what you can't begin to pull off. image search scene makeup, hair, & style.

you don't really always have to wear it but if you don't always wear something to accent your eyes. not always eyeliner maybe mascara actually always but if no eyeliner make sure ur eye shadow is very close to your skin color. make sure your eye makeup is not the same color as your outfit uless it's brown and remember no blue eyeshadow on anyone it makes them look like clowns!!!

however
you DONT neccasarily have to cake it on

when going to your hair stylist give her a PICTURE
a VERY clear
if you TELL them what you want...they WILL see what your imagining differently!!
