How hot does it have to get before my grandma peels off one of her 5 sweaters??

I know what ya mean. It'll be 90 outside and i'll still see people wearing sweatshirts. Guess it has to be like 95 before she takes a sweater off.

My dad does the same thing. He is always cold. In 90 degree weather he is comfortable. So I guess the answer is 90 degrees.
