Voluntary consent means consent given by free will, without any force or undue pressure/influence or coercion on the person giving it on his or her own initiative. This the legal defination.

Consent, by definition, must be voluntary.

Involuntary consent is not consent -- it's coercion or duress.

theoretically you could have involuntary consent by acquiescence. Voluntary consent could be the conscious choice to agree. But generally, the words are redundant.
