Who knows this movie. Don't know when it came out but I think I saw it when I was like ten give or take.?

All I can remember is: It was about a maid I think who ends up killing the people she works with. Another is a seen from the movie when I think two of the kids are trying to hide out from the maid, and she remembers that one of the kids has a key chain that once you whistle, it makes a sound so you know where the chain is, and thats how she finds the kids.

Help me out.
