My best advice is to go to altavista.com and enter the specific topic in the search box. Click the "video" tab. I've always found plenty of animations and movies using that site. Here's an example of the listings you get by entering "mitosis".

Try www.biointeractive.org , this is a site run by the HHMI and has some really cool stuff. Their virtual lab series is great.
It has a simulated cardiology lab. Neurology lab with leech dissection. Also a Drosophila breeding lab. And you can order a cd with all the simulations on it.

Try science.com. They have a good number of videos of various biological functions, some real, some simulated.

It looks like you already have a few good options but another is http://darwin.eeb.uconn.edu/simulations/simulations.html.

Good Luck!
